SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 with regard to issuance of securities in dematerialized form in case of Investor Service Requests and further "SEBI has, vide the Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 revised the norms/ procedural requirements for processing service requests with regard to furnishing of PAN, Address with PIN, email address, mobile number, bank account details and nomination by holders of physical securities. Folios wherein any one of the cited document / details are not available on or after October 01, 2023, such folios shall be frozen by the Registrars and Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA)”
